Mishawn D. Styles

Mishawn is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, complemented by a Master of Arts in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  Her expertise spans organizational dynamics, compliance, and employee engagement, all underpinned by her certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.  Mishawn’s passion for volunteer service and community impact reflects her holistic approach to fostering employee well-being and societal betterment.  She is dedicated to ensuring that Styles HR delivers comprehensive, inclusive, and forward-thinking HR solutions.

Sterlin

Sterlin R. Styles

Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Styles HR, LLC, Sterlin brings a unique blend of expertise in economics, electro-mechanical systems, and electronics engineering to the role. With a BS in Economics and dual associate degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology and Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, Sterlin combines academic excellence with practical knowledge.

In this capacity, he is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s technology strategy, overseeing the development of innovative HR solutions, and leading the technology team to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. With over 20 years of experience spanning biomedical engineering, metrology, electronics, physical sciences, and calibration, Sterlin ensures Styles HR, LLC remains at the forefront of cutting-edge HR solutions.
